How long does it take to get my care package delivered?

We need 3 to 10 days to deliver the packages to our customers.

How should the packaging be recycled?

Packages should be recycled following local council regulations or you can drop off at your local public recycling bin at companies such as 'Soft Plastic Recycling' which put your recyclable items to another use.

Can I buy a giftcard under $50? Can I change it for cash?

Unfortunately we are unable to provide giftcards lower than $50 in value due to the nature of our products and the price they have attached. We also do not allow any sort of cash transaction to take place for a giftcard in return.

Are your products ethetically sourced?

Yes here at EcoDestiny we take good care to make sure that all our products are ethically sourced right from our supply chain through to your doorstep. These include upholding business and legal rights and regulations, providing our workers with decent working conditions and more.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We only accept mastercard/visa debit or credit cards through our online webstore. You will be redirected to a form to securely enter your details. You also will be required to create an account for further use and/or any newsletters sent by the company.
